What you would be doing

- Become an expert in project systems (3D safety, Damstra and Linkedsite) and be a reference point for Contractors and the internal team
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Implement and maintain procedures to achieve high performance in safety, quality and environment
- Data entry, including the projects spoil tracker
- Play an integral role in Plant and Truck commissioning/onboarding in line with project specifications and program deadlines
- Become SME for our internal cost tracking software (LinkedSite)
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Maintain open and proactive communications with both subcontractors, suppliers and project staff to ensure a highly efficient and accurate capturing of costs for works performed on the project sites.
- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
