Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, directing a team of real estate professionals.
A minimum of 15 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial /Class A Office management.
Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with Market Leaders, Engineering, Client Accounting, Leasing, and Investment Sales groups in evaluating and pitching/winning new business.
Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 office suite required.
Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals, influence across organizational levels, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Proven technical knowledge of building operations including engineering.
Provide experience in driving strategic initiatives, mentoring team members, and navigating complex challenges with agility and integrity.
A bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Accounting or a Resources/Personnel Management related discipline.
Masters in Commercial Real Estate Services or MBA a plus.
Experience in accounting software such as MRI, Yardi and Kardin preferred proficiency.
Must be flexible, highly creative, work well under pressure and within tight schedules.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail.
