The Quality Management System (QMS) Lead will maintain and continuously improve the QMS at assigned facilities. This role conducts internal audits and management reviews, hosts external audits, and supports the resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions. The lead also serves as the primary QMS contact, providing guidance, training, and change-management support to build a strong quality culture.
In addition to audit coordination, the role oversees the effectiveness of the QMS, drives continuous-improvement initiatives, manages complaints investigations, and facilitates management-review meetings. The incumbent collaborates with facility management to ensure corrective actions are effective and aligns procedures with QMS requirements.
Candidates should hold a university degree in engineering, business, or a related field and be certified as a QMS Leader Auditor. At least five years of experience in quality assurance within CSA Group or a comparable industry, with deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, is required. Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and project-management tools, are essential.
