The Restoration Technician acts as a first responder in property loss situations, helping mitigate damage in both residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board‑up, on‑site cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, processing, deodorization, storage, and handling.

Occasional travel, less than 25 % of the time, may be required, including occasional out‑of‑area and overnight trips for training or meetings. Travel is scheduled as needed and will be communicated in advance.
