Summary/Objective: The Assistant Facilities Manager oversees the upkeep of all physical facilities and apartments.
Supervisory Responsibility: The position includes supervising maintenance services, overseeing the Parts Department, and planning for departmental growth.
Qualifications: The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and positive personality, knowledge of apartment facilities management acquired through supervisory experience, EPA certification for CFCs, management and supervisory duties, and plumbing and electrical experience.
Travel: Local travel is required, and a driver’s license and personal vehicle are necessary.
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma plus three years of apartment maintenance experience and EPA certification for CFCs.
Preferred Education and Experience: Supervisory experience; CPO certification is a plus.
Pay for this role starts at $75,000 annually (or more, based on experience).
