Role
What you would be doing

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Set and maintain high standards of workmanship during construction including monitoring of snags and creation of ITP’s
- Assisting construction programmes
- Liaising with all disciplines to ensure works are accurately completed
- Procuring sub contract work packages and materials, as well ensuring they meet project timescale

- Conversant with CDM regulations
- Expertise in an engineering discipline - Mechanical, Electrical or similar.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments is preferred not essential
- Proven experience as a work package manager, project engineer or related field.
- You should currently hold a CSCS card and a minimum of an HNC in a related field.
- The ability to establish good working relationships with clients and manage smaller projects independently.
