Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful project execution
• Prepare detailed project reports, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and recommendations for senior management
• Manage the procurement process for materials and services required for construction projects

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on large-scale development projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools
• Robust understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving project success
• Prior experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly advantageous
