  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. You will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems, ensuring they operate flawlessly.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities.
  • Impact systems through clearly defined duties, and follow detailed methods and tasks.
  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Adhere to basic work routines and standards when carrying out tasks.
  • Deliver your output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and mentorship.

  • High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In place of a diploma, a mix of experience and education will be taken into account. A valid driver's license is needed.
