Raise events within the HSEQ database to ensure information captured is accurate, actions applied to close gaps are appropriate, and close outs occur in a timely manner
Engage with front line personnel both formally (via audits) and informally (interact and show leadership while on site) Identify and report on levels of conformance to internal systems and support stakeholders on the continuous improvement journey,
Lead the investigation of HSE incidents
Assist with the delivery of training related to site HSEQ activities in line with the National training plan,
Assist and support Site Leaders in the delivery of HSEQ related material at site meetings,
Support front line leaders with Injury Management needs and work with WorkCover Qld to rehabilitate injured personnel,
Provide advice and coaching to site/operational managers in the identification, assessment and control of risks in line with the contents of the Integrated Risk Management Systems (IRMS),
Analyze information and data to provide recommendations around areas of non-compliance to internal and external requirements,
Assist with record keeping of employee & contractor training, competency assessments, skills & qualifications,

Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (or be willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
Be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs and database systems with SAP experience being extremely desirable,
A minimum of 5 years' experience in WHS/Environment co-ordination or similar role in a high-risk industry with experience in the quarry industry being highly valued.
Lead Auditor experience and Qualification (or be willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
Certificate 4 or above in OHS / WHS (or be willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
Be reliable with the ability to work independently and autonomously,
ICAM Lead Investigator experience and qualification (or be willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
The capability to influence varying levels of internal and external stakeholders and deliver transformational change within a complex business environment,
