Attending client site-walks, evaluating project approach, presenting opportunities to the client, and EnSafe Teams.
Provide construction coordination and oversight for projects involving site drilling, digging, hauling, and environmental remediation.
Assist with obtaining permits, performing site inspections, and following compliance testing standards per the project work plan.
Implement Project Controls – coordinate and manage schedules and budget monitoring of contractors.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project, personnel, and budgetary overruns, and/or quality issues.
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders: project engineers, clients, subcontractors, and owners, to project progress, changes, and potential issues.
Provide Hazardous Waste Shipping Oversight in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Promoting a safe work environment for all employees, contractors, and subcontractors on our clients’ sites and at corporate offices.
Generate the required project documentation daily, including Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), equipment inspections, progress reports, and necessary submittal documents for CQM.
Providing on-site management for client-focused environmental construction, demolition, assessment, repair, and decontamination projects.
Developing project-specific scopes of work and proposals based on client-provided information and site walks.
Follow Construction Quality Management (CQM) Quality Control: Ensuring all construction work meets quality standards, building codes, and local, state, and federal regulations.

DOT RCRA Site Manifest Certification.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
Industrial aerospace project experience.
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
Ability to travel overnight for extended periods, depending on project needs.
Experience with asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, including proper removal and compliant disposal.
Minimum five years of professional experience in the construction industry, with a strong record of managing environmental construction projects.
USACE CQM Training.
Trade license or a Degree.
Demonstrated customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, especially with subcontractor coordination and client interaction.
Mechanical and HVAC experience.
The ability to work with and direct a team, including hands-on cooperative leadership and promoting internal growth by training others.
Commercial Driver’s License CDL Class A.
Confined Space, Hazard communications, CPR, first aid, and lockout tagout training.
Heavy equipment operation experience, including excavation, grading, and material handling.
Oil and chemical industry project experience.
Stormwater and infrastructure maintenance experience.
