Outdoor fieldwork at restoration sites, which may include residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Duties may involve exposure to different weather conditions (sun, rain, snow, heat).
Assist in jobsite safety briefings, provides training within scope of knowledge.
Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
Perform and/or direct staff to perform necessary tasks to help expedite the completion of the job, including but not limited to: Pickup and order materials, moving client contents, performing necessary repairs at the highest quality while adhering to code regulations and industry standards.
Complete timecards in a timely and accurate manner, ensure crew members do the same.
Lead a group of 3 or more technicians, providing supervision and direction based on defined job parameters.
Safety Training: Complete all mandatory safety training sessions, including but not limited to hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling.
Complete and turn in crew sheets and job notes at the end of each day.
Turn in completed work orders including but not limited to: measurements, moisture readings, and necessary detailed paperwork for Project Manager to complete billing.
Continue building knowledge of company services, operations, and standard practices to support individual professional growth.
Ensures team provides best customer experience and makes/recommends adjustments based on experience to serve in the best interest of the client and company
Maintaining company assigned vehicle and restock supplies, as necessary.
Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders including Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor and Project Coordinator for purposes of discussing matters relative to project schedules, changes in scope of work, material, and personnel resources to ensure smooth completion of project.
May act as company Site Safety Representative, applies knowledge of industry standards, safety training and understanding of company policies in enforcing safety guidelines.

Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100lbs. with assistance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Physical Clearance: Successfully complete a pulmonary function test, including a respirator fit test, to ensure their ability to safely utilize the designated respirator selected for the role.
Potential exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, or contaminants specific to restoration work, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
Industry certifications preferred, with ability to pass medical exams if required for certification.
Sitting and Standing: Prolonged sitting or standing required (in office, driving and/or at job sites). Regular alternating between sitting and standing.
Comfortable with utilizing software and applications in accessing documents, forms, reports, etc. and submitting same through company approved methods.
Ability to effectively teach and actively contribute to the development of technicians (crew) through demonstration, encouraging opportunities for growth.
Expertise in use of hand tools, power tools, and other miscellaneous equipment to complete the job.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation routes, and emergency contacts.

Able to pass Respirator Physical and obtain respiratory fit exam.
Good grasp of English language (read, write, verbal)
Reporting Safety Concerns: Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation.
Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
Visual Ability: requirement for clear vision (e.g., close work, computer use, eye hand coordination)
Valid Driver’s License, with driving record in good standing (Class C)
Can interpret, basic to complex instructions/plans/guidelines (i.e. – Material Data Sheets, schematics, drawings, etc)
Repetitive Motions: Continuous repetitive motion and tasks involving L/R hand movement (computer/mouse), wrists, or arms (e.g., typing, data entry).
Possesses thorough knowledge of company SOP’s and adheres to guidelines. Shares with crew through application of SOP’s in daily activities.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required PPE may include gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear. All employees must wear PPE as required for their specific roles and job site conditions.
Physical Activities: Ability to perform tasks that require, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climb, squat, crawl, lift above shoulder, reach, and twist.
Machinery Operation: Capacity to operate machinery and tools as required by job tasks, which may involve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
May include travel to and from job sites, requiring the use of company and/or personal vehicles. Possibility of attending out-of-town trainings, meetings, or conferences.
Successfully completed the Site Safety representative training.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead technician role in construction field, and/or restoration/mitigation field or experience gained through successfully meeting job requirements of Lead Tech I.
