Description

• Address challenges head-on and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Provide indispensable support to our Operations team, serving as the go-to person for all administrative needs.
• Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining documentation.
• Streamline workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in office administration or coordination, preferably in the BEMS or construction industry.
• Knowledge of BEMS or HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Exceptional organisational skills with an eager eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
