JASARA PMC is seeking a Deputy Program Director - Delivery to ensure the successful execution of our infrastructure programs. This leadership role will focus on the delivery of high-quality projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. As a key player in our management team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive project success in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
The Deputy Program Director will manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, integrate project plans with teams, lead stakeholder engagement, assess performance and implement corrective actions, support the development of delivery strategies and best practices, contribute to resource planning, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Oversee full project delivery aligning with strategic objectives.
- Integrate and coordinate project plans across teams for seamless execution.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure clear communication at all levels.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and promote delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a master's degree or PMP/PgMP certification considered advantageous. They bring at least 20 years of experience in project delivery or program management within the construction sector, demonstrated success in large‑scale infrastructure projects, strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and familiarity with the Saudi Arabian or GCC construction markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s or PMP/PgMP preferred.
- Minimum 20 years experience in construction project delivery or program management.
- Proven success managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabian or GCC construction markets.
