As an Interior Designer II / Interior Architect II, you’ll help shape design concepts and carry them through documentation and early construction coordination. You’ll contribute to multiple projects at once, producing interiors that are both conceptually strong and technically sound. You’re comfortable working across all project phases and can generate coordinated construction documents with limited oversight.
- Follow studio standards, checklists, and QA/QC processes
- Review consultant drawings for alignment and accuracy
- Help track RFIs, submittals, and punch-list items
- Redline and self-check work to ensure quality
- Develop finish and fixture schedules
- Offer guidance to junior team members
- Coordinate with consultants and integrate BIM deliverables
- Assist with client and internal meeting materials
- Build FF&E packages, coordinate with vendors, and refine designs based on feedback
- Produce DD and CD sets with moderate-to-minimal oversight
- Support design from concept through documentation
- Support responses to RFIs, submittals, and contractor questions
- Contribute to specs and maintain document consistency
- Participate in site visits, existing conditions surveys, and CA documentation
- Help develop work plans and track progress against schedule and budget
- Maintain knowledge of codes, ADA requirements, and BIM protocols
- Create presentations, renderings, elevations, and FF&E/material selections

- Proficient in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 6+ years of professional interiors experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong design, communication, and organizational abilities
