Act as team expert/project lead on water resources projects, preparing specifications, documents, analyses, and reports.
Analyze data and conduct design, planning, impact, cost, site selection, and layout analyses.
Design complete projects, systems, components, and processes.
Perform quality‑control reviews, ensure milestone achievement, and conduct field observations of construction.
Provide technical guidance, assign tasks to junior staff, and manage small multidisciplinary teams or direct reports.

Hold a degree in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program with at least 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
Maintain a Professional Engineer license in good standing.

Demonstrate proficiency with production and construction document software.
Show proven ability to address challenging or controversial issues professionally.
Experience leading or contributing to major or multiple moderate‑size projects and mentoring junior staff.
Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
