The Service Sales Manager – Digital Power Solutions is responsible for developing Digital Power solutions (Power Quality and Power Monitoring) business throughout the country, prepare growth strategy and enable regional team to achieve the targets.
Strategy: Develop plans aligned with broader strategy and contribute beyond own area.
In Service Sales, you will collaborate with the Global Centre of Competence and guide the operations team to deliver projects, coordinating activities with local team members, Front End sales functions, and regional business development resources.
Collaboration: Listen, value input, engage with teammates; facilitate cooperation.
External Focus: Address customer, partner, and market needs; build lasting relationships.
- Uphold Service Sales core values of safety and integrity by adhering to responsible conduct for both colleagues and business operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level key stakeholders.
- Responsible for identifying projects at their inception, promoting Service Sales technical offerings, coordinating with pre-sales on project business cases as required, developing strategies, engaging key stakeholders (such as customers, consultants, and integrators), providing support during the bidding process, and negotiating until contracts are finalized.
- Manage client relationships throughout each phase of the sales cycle.
- Identify and manage risks related to contract agreements and pricing across segments.
- Support the achievement of sales targets through consistent performance with a focus on customer satisfaction to contribute to increased sales, margin, and market share.
- Develop and implement a market-based strategy, including partner management and a direct service sales approach, for both short- and mid-term project bidding as well as long-term pipeline and opportunity development.
- Provide support to regional KA Sales teams to foster positive perception within the target segment.
- Oversee top-line growth in target industry segments, determine target pricing, and develop the winning strategy for major projects.
- Ensure the team is adequately prepared and has appropriate internal support to pursue and manage large project contracts.
