Responsible for the financial and commercial success of a portfolio of varied and complex contracts including managing, coordinating, and negotiating key commercial events from inception to implementation.
Producing, analysing and presenting financial, contractual, and commercial data to internal project teams.

Confident on management of NEC contracts, with experience in FIDIC within the power construction industry and major projects; coupled with knowledge of UK Law and its impact upon the contract and commercial function
Highly developed commercial skills and demonstrable ability to make sound decisions on matters of significant financial value.
Effective commercial and contract management skills, with clear knowledge of best practice contract methodologies.
Strong understanding of contract performance measurement, risk management and change and claim management.
Prior experience on NEC contracts on larger construction projects desirable.
Familiarity with the nuclear site license conditions and the nuclear baseline philosophy with understanding of the UK regulatory framework would be beneficial.
