Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and familiarity with InRoads/OpenRoads.

Demonstrated experience preparing plans for civil and highway projects.
Experience: 5+ years on NYCDOT and NYCDDC transportation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: EIT required; PE preferred.
Deep understanding of NYC transportation standards and regulations.
Strong background in roadway/highway design and transportation engineering.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
