The role supports the growth of the building structures practice in the Dallas Metroplex from the Frisco office, providing autonomy to lead, direct, and expand the business.
Leadership responsibilities include operating with integrity, providing vision and strategy, establishing goals, building and maintaining client relationships, maintaining open communication with partners and the team, and growing the structural practice. Project managers are expected to manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, mentor staff, and act as positive leaders.
Candidates should have at least 12 years of diversified structural engineering experience, preferably as a registered Professional Engineer, with a history of technical design on various structures and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and structural analysis software. Strong communication, leadership, client‑relationship skills, and the ability to manage projects profitably and mentor staff are required.
