Provide supervision
Continuously strive to enhance machine efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements to control systems
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of control systems, processes, and standards. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
Regularly review and update control systems to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and operators, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to operate and maintain control systems effectively and offer training sessions as needed
Test and evaluate systems to ensure they meet operational and safety standards
Apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide systems team

Proficient ability to engineer and design prints and schematics
Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 4-year degree in a related field required
Four or more years related experience/training required
