Complete ownership of the project development lifecycle and project team task tracking, utilizing existing hybrid Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Maintain and improve Engineering processes and documentation where there are opportunities, including formal delivery of documentation to 3rd parties, as needed.
Coordinate with local and remote team leads and members to succeed with the use of project management techniques and task tracking platforms.
Step in to own and execute on specific project tasks, as needed.
Establish consistent guidelines to measure project milestones, effectively prioritize deliverables, and manage cross-project dependencies to meet delivery goals.
Support Engineering and Product Management teams to properly scope, integrate, and deliver software changes in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
Lead and/or support cross-functional, technical initiatives representing Engineering to ensure requirements are accurately captured and ultimately get realized.
Create and adapt solutions to efficiently aggregate and communicate information spread across projects and technical groups.
Help align internal Engineering teams as they scale team members internationally and bring on new devices and engineering features.
Communicate with and report on projects to Engineering Leads, Product Management, and Program Management on a weekly basis.

Understand development processes and procedures within the Device Engineering organization, including integrated firmware project requirements for successful product design and delivery.
B.S. in Engineering discipline (or higher-level degree), or relevant job experience.
6-8 years of hands-on project management and cross-functional engineering team experience.
Ability to context switch, desire to learn, and strong communication skills.
PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
Minimal travel possible (0-5%).
Proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of dependencies, risks, and prioritization conflicts. Does this without needing prompting from others.
Customer service mentality and willingness to resolve issues completely.
Ability to connect with people and build working relationships.
Experience with code management tools a plus.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
Experience managing technical software development projects in a team environment.
