- Negotiate ricing, contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
- Schedule the drivers for pick-ups, deliveries and hauling debris
- Make certain returns are processed timely to capture refunds and credits
- Order materials online, process purchase orders, work orders, packing slips
- Oversee warehouse inventory, stocking material, restocking excess material, resourcing inventory to maximize material cost savings
- Coordinate with Superintendents and team to schedule deliveries
- Attend weekly project meetings, provide weekly status of job orders/delays
- Work closely with vendors to ensure we capture all discounts, rebates, getting most competitive pricing.
- Track all expenses daily on spreadsheet and Buildertrend

- Fluent in both English and Spanish speaking is required
- Experience working in purchasing (warehouse, inventory, personnel, construction)
- Working knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with building material
- Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent computer skills (mac computers, google, spreadsheets, reading take-off plans)
- Strong understanding of purchasing, negotiation techniques and conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 401K after 1 year with up to 4% employer match
- 1 week vacation after 1 year of employment
- Pay Range $52K - $62K annually DOE
- 8 Holidays + 9 Sick Accruable Sick Days
