Key responsibilities include registering opportunities on tender portals, downloading tender documents and uploading clarifications while maintaining accurate tracking. You will identify and research relevant bid opportunities and distribute them to win‑work teams. You will lead the completion of standard pre‑qualification questionnaires by gathering information with internal stakeholders, and ensure all standard bid content is up‑to‑date in the central repository. Additional duties involve maintaining bid libraries, templates and trackers, managing bid submissions on portals, monitoring shared inboxes, supporting technical teams with bid preparation, and using Microsoft Office and SharePoint effectively.
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑driven full‑time UK‑based Bid Coordinator to join the national Bid Management team for the Building & Places market. The role demands strong organisation, ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, a positive can‑do attitude and high standards in bid coordination. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.

You must be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate strong time‑management and organisational skills. A collaborative, team‑focused approach, enthusiasm, initiative and confidence to take ownership of tasks from scratch are also required.
This role may require security clearance, with the vetting process conducted by UKSV and a residency proof of five years in the UK.
