- Support daily property operations and inspections
- Respond promptly to resident needs with a positive, professional attitude
- Maintain resident and property files accurately
- Market the community online and through local outreach
- Ensure model apartments are tour-ready
- Guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and lease signings
