Provide strategic legal advice and support for complex real estate investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, and fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner closely with investment teams and external counsel to resolve Group-level transactional issues, ensuring alignment with ESR’s commercial objectives and legal standards.
Act as a key legal liaison for selected markets, ensuring local compliance while maintaining consistency with Group legal standards, and provide legal support to local teams, where required.
Work in close partnership with ESR’s compliance and corporate governance teams to uphold the Group’s integrity and operational resilience.
