The role involves working inside a national retail home improvement store, engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in‑home consultations for experienced comfort advisors.
We are looking for individuals who are willing to approach and engage retail shoppers with a friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to stand or walk for up to six hours per shift, have reliable transportation to the store, be at least 18 years old, and be available for weekend hours and some holidays.

Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour plus commission, with learning potential averaging $20‑$30 per hour when commissions are included.
