General administration duties such as ensuring time sheets and expense claims are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
Deliver a reactive maintenance service in the North region to meet the markets needs
Develop and increase Prysmian’s presence in the region by building strong relationships with local customers and engineers
Identification of training needs and assisting with training and development planning
Lead, manage and direct a team of engineers and operatives in line with the requirements of the wider business objectives. This will include:
Communication in the form of weekly planning allocation; team briefs; SHEQ briefs and Company briefs and bulletins

Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach.
Experience of planning resources
Ideally hold a degree in an Engineering/Technical discipline, however not essential.
Proven experience and leadership within a similar position, preferable experience in the High Voltage cable industry, however not essential.
Demonstrated expertise in people management, as well as training and development.
Hold great organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation capability.
