Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical system
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand and power tools.
Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
Ensures new work and repairs of existing work adhere to current electrical codes
Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations
Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions

High school diploma/equivalent required; Journeyman Certificate and/or Master Electrician License preferred.
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Minimum of 4 years pervious electrical experience, OR completion of a federally approved technical training program in electrical repair and maintenance and 2 years electrical experience.
Knowledge of electrical application for high and low voltage electrical systems.
Clean history at DMV
Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
Willing to drive a service van.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable
