Work collaboratively with colleagues across planning, engineering, environmental, and digital disciplines.
Help drive innovation in modelling tools, data use, and digital delivery approaches.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level modellers.
Lead the production, calibration, validation, and application of transport models (e.g., strategic, microsimulation, demand models).
Manage and deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee technical quality and ensure modelling outputs are robust, transparent, and aligned with client objectives.
Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Experience managing complex modelling projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Significant experience in transport modelling, ideally including tools such as SATURN, VISUM, VISSIM, PARAMICS, EMME, Aimsun, or similar.
Strong understanding of transport planning principles, appraisal, and policy frameworks.
