Support FM with Internal and External audit queries.
Quarterly preparation of input for Legal Entity Review as per FM request.
SG&A monthly analysis using Uplan & SAP systems.
Collaboration with and support to Central Accounting team on ad hoc queries and accounting initiatives.
Supporting PTP function with regular tasks and ad hoc initiatives, cooperating with Genpact and local PTP referent.
Manage Vendor Master Data requests for new Vendors and amendments of existing ones.
Preparation of Policy Check List and Representation Letters.
Support Senior Accountant with small entities statutory accounts preparation and audit.
Monthly Result Review and Communication with local Controllers.
Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Economics preferable).
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Proactive problem solver with solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
Small entities bookkeeping and Energy submission.
English proficiency required, Italian an advantage.
Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g. Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and have a detail-oriented approach.
