The Role

Tasks

-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms through well-governed data pipelines. -Drive cross-functional projects to implement new applications or major upgrades, ensuring strong communication between IT and the business. -Oversee lifecycle management, upgrades, licensing, customizations and vendor relationships for enterprise applications. -Drive adoption of self-service analytics across the business. -Own day-to-day management of enterprise systems including ERP and other operational applications. -Establish master data governance, ensuring high data quality and standardization. -Support the VP of Digital & Technology in aligning enterprise applications and data strategy with executive priorities. -Partner with business units to capture requirements and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency and workflows. -Lead the design and maintenance of system integrations across ERP, reporting platforms, and third-party solutions. -Develop and manage the enterprise reporting strategy, tools, and dashboards. -Lead, mentor, and develop the applications and data team, setting clear goals and supporting their growth. -Collaborate with the Technical Services team to ensure secure and scalable integration architecture. -Serve as the go-to partner for departmental leaders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and HR for applications and data needs. -Values in Action (ViA)- participating in charity events coordinated by employees. As well as team bonding activities. -Partner with leadership teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights. -Provide high-level escalated support for complex system issues

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. -Solid SQL/database knowledge for data modeling and reporting performance. -Strong understanding of reporting and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau). -Excellent communication, project leadership, and vendor management skills. -RRSP Matching. -3-5 years of managerial experience. -7+ years of progressive experience in ERP, enterprise applications, or business systems management. -Track record of partnering with business stakeholders to deliver technology-driven improvements. -Proven experience with systems integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL) and data flow management.
