Team Leadership: You'll be a hands-on manager, responsible for the full lifecycle of your nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. You will be expected to foster a positive and collaborative work environment where your team feels valued and supported.

Health and Wellness Programs: You will be responsible for creating and overseeing health-related programs that promote resident well-being. This can include anything from infection prevention protocols to educational sessions for residents and staff.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: A large part of your role involves working with other departments like dining, housekeeping, and administration to ensure a seamless experience for residents and their families.

Knowledge of Eldermark software a plus
Knowledge of and maintain compliance with all Department of Health Regulations as it pertains to senior living communities with a comprehensive home care license
Previous experience in health care leadership, nursing administration or other related experience
