Verifies all inbound orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
Ensures that all equipment is in proper working condition.
Communicate daily production needs with Warehouse Manager and associates throughout each shift.
Assigns and leads work as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Under general supervision, the Inbound Warehouse Lead is responsible for the overall safety, productivity, and quality within the warehouse. The Warehouse Lead works closely with leadership and all functional areas in the warehouse to ensure both excellent customer service and efficient warehousing objectives are met. This individual will monitor workflow to ensure daily operations are executed properly and efficiently. As a team lead in the service center, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to engage, communicate, and coach team members.
Support continuous improvement activities
Assists in providing coaching and training to all associates; identifies and discusses mistakes with associate to provide opportunity for associates’ continuous improvement.
Ensures the warehouse is a safe environment and 5s standards are being met.
Oversees the warehouse area has adequate supplies and materials.

Proven ability to effectively lead a team
High School Degree or equivalent
