Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Description

• Prepare letters and accounts as required
• Keep all areas clean and tidy
• Assist the Office Manager and Senior Administration staff with tasks as needed
• Create job files
• Reconcile petty cash and receipt monies received
• Greet clients and visitors in an efficient, professional and friendly manner
• Assist professional and technical staff where possible
• Manage stationery and office requirements
• Support other corporate and administrative tasks for PDA as a whole or other offices where needed

Requirements

This position will be for a February or March 2026 commencement.

• Prior customer service or reception skills is an advantage
• Operating phone switchboard
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Proficient computer skills
• Must have a willingness to learn under supervision of qualified staff
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
