Assist with installation and repair of piping/tubing, hot water systems, and associated controls while supporting other mechanics with major repairs
Maintain appropriate service repair work order records electronically using CMMS system and respond to routine and emergency repair calls
Check, repair, and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, and other functional system components
Research and inventory equipment parts and supplies while potentially training other team members in facilities maintenance
Comply with all company safety and risk management policies, participate in safety meetings and training, and apply OSHA requirements to all assigned work
Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment including wiring single and three phase motors, running conduit, and pulling wiring to machinery and operating parts
Install and rebuild pumps, motors, air compressors, and heat exchangers while replacing bearings, seals, and associated components

Familiarity with applicable code requirements and safety precautions for electronic and mechanical equipment installation
Valid state driver's license in good standing
Capability to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in building maintenance
Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations and multi-task without direct supervision
