Field Manager

Field Manager handling telecom site integration, troubleshooting and construction.
Verification of Site quality throughout the implementation and acceptance processes.
Daily interlock with Supplier (meetings, status, etc.)
Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting of all project activities.
Ensures all local build standards and regulations are followed during Site Construction
Coordinate Equipment repair and return
Interacts with other technicians and customer’s technical staff.
Commissioning, and Integration activities.
Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of equipment

The primary responsibility for this Field Manager position is the ability to perform site Integration activities and the ability to troubleshooting hardware/software systems. We would like this person to understand Telecom construction.
OSHA 10 (10-hour course) + Fall Protection or OSHA 30 (30 Hour course)
Electrical training with some telecommunications experience.
Grounding and various types of electrical voltages and safe connection methods.
Two or more years of experience in wireless industry
RF Awareness – Radio Frequency Awareness
Microwave installation, commissioning and alignment.
Experience integrating and troubleshoot cabinets and rack mounted equipment.
Must have Valid Driver's License
Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time
Valid Driver’s License
Decision making and problem-solving skills.
Capacity to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
Flexibility in working hours and travel. Ability to travel overnight.
A willingness to travel and/or work outdoors in all weather conditions when required.
Understands and implements RAN, RF and Transmission designs.
OSHA 10 Certification preferred
A demonstrated understanding of multiple client network topologies and associated Radio access network (RAN) and Optical / Microwave Transmission infrastructure.

Must have Scoping knowledge
Ability to follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner.
