- Control of non-conformance reports – Support and analyse reported non conformances to ensure ownership assignment and effective close out.
- Downtime reduction – Actively work to analyse and reduce downtime using a range of measures, digital tools and initiatives.
- ISO accreditation – Support the Business System Leader in maintaining regional accreditation to the ISO standards.
- Safe Systems Support – Collaboration with internal functions to develop, enhance and improve equipment and process safety initiatives.
- Internal Audit Support Function – Conduct and audit processes to identify potential gaps, record and analyse results to help identify opportunities for continual improvement.

The Quality Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, and efficiency within the operations of CRC Evans. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the cost of poor quality, downtime and repair rates, and also includes support to the continued accreditation of ISO standards across the EMEAA region.
This position is ideal for a person with experience in a quality role looking to expand their knowledge of HSE.
- Proven and demonstrable track record in process improvements
- Strong IT literacy (MS Packages & SharePoint)
- Project driven environment experience preferred but not essential
- Strong IT literacy with a working knowledge of SharePoint
- QHSE background and experience would be beneficial
- Experience of working with, and knowledge of document control
- Working knowledge and experience of ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001)
- Previous relevant experience in a Quality environment or role
- Previous experience of working in Quality environments
- Energy sector and experience of AS9100 preferred
- Demonstratable experience in internal audit process
- Root Cause Analysis & investigation knowledge (8d, Ishikawa, Gemba Kanri, 5 Whys) Desirable (D): HSE experience or education (NEBOSH or equivalent)
