Shipping Coordinator

• Notify the Supply Chain Manager of any issues related to freight or logistics.
• Partner with the Materials Lead and Production teams to ensure shipments align with schedules and project requirements.
• Enter shipping details into Smartsheets and customer folders.
• Coordinate all outbound shipping and freight activities.
• Schedule pickups and work directly with carriers and freight providers.
• Oversee packaging and ensure proper handling of all outbound items.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, photos, etc.).

Safe Air Technology, a rapidly growing leader in engineered Mission Critical and Explosion Proof HVAC systems, is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their products on time, with accuracy and professionalism.

• 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or freight coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Smartsheets or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and carrier requirements.
