The Leasing Coordinator will oversee the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This role involves all leasing activities from greeting prospects to completing lease sign‑ups and ensuring a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance). Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions, and the schedule includes on‑call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel for training or property support.
Compensation includes a base salary with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs, depending on corporate or onsite status.
