  • Support P&O BP for P&O initiatives & participate in P&O projects

  • Handling employee grievances with instant solutions
  • Support initiatives like GPTW, SGES, PMP, SIPCA etc in alignment with P&O BP
  • Implement Volunteering drives, Engagement activities, Cultural events, OBTs etc for Goa location.
  • Implementation of P&O projects & activities in alignment with P&O BP
  • Contractor Management to ensure 3rd party compliances
  • You will be handling Governance of local labour laws and its compliances for Goa Locations. Maintain cordial employee and industrial relations at location.
  • Support TA for recruitment and interviews at Goa location
  • You will maintain various reports as needed related to P&O role to support the decision-making process, participate and actively engage in all P&O initiatives being driven for the BUs.
  • Conducting Townhalls, Breakout sessions and support in surveys
  • Supporting the P&O BP to ensure implementation of Global P&O Strategy in alignment with local needs (wherever applicable) e.g. Hiring and retention of key resources from the global R&D group as well as driving employee engagement activities together with the R&D Head
  • Support P&O BP in Workforce planning, Recruitment and Onboarding topics for SI EA at Goa
  • Advise Managers & employees w.r.t P&O Policies & guidelines

  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among stakeholders.

  • One SRM initiator for transport, events, uniforms etc
  • Understand Business and provide local solutions to ensure productivity

  • Have an understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to industrial relations in India. Familiarity with Siemens' business operations and culture is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners. Ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with employees, labor unions, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders

  • Nexus related initiator for BPOs, Position creation, JVs for wedding, part time education, statutory payments, stipend payments & others.
