Implementation of P&O projects & activities in alignment with P&O BP
Contractor Management to ensure 3rd party compliances
You will be handling Governance of local labour laws and its compliances for Goa Locations. Maintain cordial employee and industrial relations at location.
Support TA for recruitment and interviews at Goa location
You will maintain various reports as needed related to P&O role to support the decision-making process, participate and actively engage in all P&O initiatives being driven for the BUs.
Conducting Townhalls, Breakout sessions and support in surveys
Supporting the P&O BP to ensure implementation of Global P&O Strategy in alignment with local needs (wherever applicable) e.g. Hiring and retention of key resources from the global R&D group as well as driving employee engagement activities together with the R&D Head
Support P&O BP in Workforce planning, Recruitment and Onboarding topics for SI EA at Goa
Proven ability to negotiate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business requirements, and regulatory environments. Willingness to embrace innovation, learn new technologies, and explore best practices in industrial relations and business partnering.
One SRM initiator for transport, events, uniforms etc

You bring in 8+ years of experience of P&O and IR
Have an understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to industrial relations in India. Familiarity with Siemens' business operations and culture is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners. Ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with employees, labor unions, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders
