Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance management
Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
Report key performance indexes, including, but not limited to, financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics
Conduct routine property inspections, including vacated units and community walk-throughs
Oversee daily operations for a 192-unit conventional community
Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards
Investigate and help resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations, treating all community issues with professionalism
Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and demonstrate strong organizational practices

Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience (including supervising onsite staff)
Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
