Requirements include maintaining proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle; organizing and documenting all equipment needed for each scheduled job; communicating with customers to ensure they understand the work and can make the right decision; and paying attention to detail when reading install requirements, cutting materials, and seeking efficiency.
The installer must determine material needed for each project, work independently and timely to ensure the job is done correctly the first time, follow written and verbal directions from managers, provide excellent customer service to customers and office staff, and meet pre‑employment background check, drug screening, and valid driver’s license requirements.
The ideal HVAC Residential Installer: Ability to successfully install and lead a team to complete a successful installation. Desire to work daily to ensure our customers have healthy home and living conditions. Skilled communicated that educates and helps customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.
