Description

• Provide strategic direction across project management, field operations, and delivery teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and safety across multiple concurrent projects
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation during design and preconstruction phases
• Lead, mentor, and scale Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership
• Act as the senior point of contact for owners, developers, architects, and consultants
• Partner closely with design, preconstruction, and estimating teams to ensure seamless design-build execution
• Lead and oversee all commercial design-build construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Strong pipeline of commercial design-build projects in the Columbus market
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven background delivering commercial design-build projects
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and financial controls
• Ability to collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants
• Experience leading multiple projects and managing large teams
