Equans is seeking a full-time, permanent Multi Site Caretaker for Tuxford Academy in Newark-on-Trent, working 40 hours per week on alternating early and late shifts. The role involves caretaking, maintenance, sub-contractor management, and compliance record keeping, with a salary of £12.72 per hour and benefits including annual leave, life cover, and access to employee discounts and networks.
