- Support manufacturing and process development engineers with the assembly, operation, and inspection of prototype samples and customer builds
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, OGP systems, and optical comparators to verify product conformity
- Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to identify, communicate, and resolve issues observed during assembly or inspection
- Work cooperatively in a manufacturing lab setting, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Perform detailed work under a microscope, ensuring precision and consistency in assembly and inspection tasks
- Measure and evaluate samples and other key features to validate design and process quality
- Support the engineering team with sample production, troubleshooting, and applicator development projects
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications with accuracy

- Safety shoes are required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data entry
- Regular physical demands include lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands for fine motor tasks such as handling or feeling objects, reach with arms and hands, and communicate effectively through speech and hearing
