Preconstruction Manager- Estimator

Description

• Participate in presentations and interviews with clients, including strategic
• Prepare and analyze pricing proposals to include current market and regional conditions, historical data, material escalation, internal estimate, and subcontractor input in order to provide complete and accurate estimates to our clients.
• Occasional travel to various job site locations as needed for photography or milestone events.
• Participate in the design and preconstruction phase with all stakeholders including owners, design team, consultants, and Bobbitt operations to move the project into the construction
• Coach, train and educate preconstruction team
• Manage and delegate responsibilities for multiple projects and

Requirements

• Software proficiency
