Drive and secure new business opportunities for Adler & Allan companies and regulated consulting where the opportunity is of large growth potential.
Develop, grow and convert pipeline opportunities into ‘won work’ and annual repeat revenue contracts across multiple and all company service lines.
Coordinate the provision of high quality customer management information.
Lead and host detailed monthly/quarterly business reviews with key market sector customers
Develop market sector growth strategy and associated action plans and co-ordinate delivery of improved customer aligned processes
Monitor sales penetration where regional commercial teams are aligned to regional sites of national customers, and co-ordinating resources via department heads across functions.
Sitting on the regulated consulting leadership team, be a centre of competence in strategy for the specialist group and for implementing, deploying, and coordinating business resource for the benefit of securing the long term contracted relationships and growth opportunities.
Ensure customer demand and expectations are met with incremental improvement for customer service.
Achieve contracted sales, gross margin, and EBITDA growth targets through additions to services scope and new business units within key customer accounts.
Lead the engagement of the relevant Professional bodies to drive increased awareness of Adler & Allan.
Closely manage the aged debt of defined customers within the defined market sector.
Lead new contract and contract renewal negotiations with national market sector aligned accounts and new business opportunities utilising all of the business resources including closely working with the company Bids & Tenders resources.
Define and design specific customer propositions for specific customer requirement from the suite of Adler & Allan services in order to secure sales and margin growth.
Closely build, manage and execute the growth pipeline for the specialist group, the company and for all service lines.
Professional liaison and guidance of the regional and central operational, technical, management and marketing teams for the benefit of optimising sales & margin achievement and contract KPI achievement within national accounts supported by detailed account growth plans.
Develop and convert a strong validated pipeline of realisable suspect and prospect opportunities into realised invoiced work quickly and efficiently.
Perform as the commercial lead for Adler & Allan the for the benefit of securing new business relationships at senior levels within the markets served by the specialist group.
Own and present the PMO reporting of progress in the sector monthly
Organise and lead internal and external customer review meetings – minimum quarterly.
