Actively participate in the operation and control of engineering planned maintenance schemes.
Actively participate in the operation, control and repair of the Building Management and lighting control systems.
Undertake fault-finding on all Building Services, critical systems and equipment. Using ‘cause effect analysis’ and detailed examination to gain a solution.
Undertake essential repair works and general maintenance activities as requested.
Carry out emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
Liaise with the management team regarding services, plant and equipment failures.

Considerable maintenance experience in an electrical role, and working knowledge of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps and their associated controls.
A working knowledge of CAFM systems & MS Office / Google Suite.
A good understanding of mechanical building services.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (Beneficial)
Knowledge of LV Switching, Generators, UPS systems
City & Guilds BS7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
