Demonstrates a basic understanding and identification of the equipment within an industrial process facility and its representation on engineering drawings, especially piping, instrumentation, and electrical components. Experience with ISA5.1 Instrumentation and Control System Symbology preferred.
Ability to create and retire asset records as directed. Update records of assets within the plant as changes are identified.
3+ years CAD drafting experience in manufacturing or related fieldRelevant work experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus
Prior experience in reading, analyzing, interpreting, and creating technical documents and CAD Drawings required
Experienced in AutoCAD 2020 or newer.
Associate degree in Technical Drafting or equivalent field of study
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2020/higher, and Fastlook to create or revise drawing files typical of an industrial facility. Expected to demonstrate expertise in P&IDs/PFDs, plot plans, and general arrangements, plus at least one of the following disciplines: electrical, instrumentation, CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural), piping, fixed equipment (tanks and vessels), etc.
