The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master’s degree considered an asset, and possesses a P.Eng. designation or eligibility. They bring over eight years of experience managing large, complex transit and transportation projects, including work with GTA utility companies, and are proficient in CAD tools such as MicroStation, Inroads/Open Roads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams are essential. Experience with trenchless installation methods and familiarity with construction field standards and municipal road authority regulations are also valued.
